How to recover my lost password?

How do I recover my AliExpress password?

  • Go to the website and click “Forgot password
  • Enter your login and email, and move the spam protection slider to greenChoose to restore your password via email or through AliExpress administration

If you don’t remember your email, contact the support team via the “Check now” button, select “Registration and accounts“, then click “Forgot password” in the “Password and account issues” tab.

You will be asked to confirm your identity through security questions, such as selecting recent orders from pictures.

To restore your password in the AliExpress mobile app, follow the same steps as on the website.

I have not received goods. What can I do?

Please Track the parcel to check the package status:

If the package is in transit with normal updates:

  • It should be delivered within the promised time frame. If it doesn’t arrive, open a dispute and we will help you.

If the delivery time has passed, there is no tracking information, or the package has been returned to the seller/held in customs/shipped to the wrong address:

  • Open a dispute on the 11th day after the order is marked as shipped. We will step in if you can’t reach an agreement with the seller within 5 days.

Note: Opening a dispute won’t affect the normal delivery of your package and will secure your payment from being released to the seller.

If it’s past the protection time but you still haven’t received the goods:

  • Contact the seller for help. It’s recommended to open a dispute within the buyer protection period to claim a refund.
