Back in 2004, our founding fathers, Viktor and Andrej, created a software development company called Quality Unit. They realized that communication with their customers was often inefficient, so they searched for software that would help them provide real-time customer service. Discovering no solution could fulfill their needs, they decided to develop LiveAgent — a supercharged customer support tool with live chat, ticketing, and help desk capabilities.
The rest is history. LiveAgent was born, spearheaded by two fearless pioneers who were determined to make their dreams into reality. And they did. Today, LiveAgent serves over 150 million users and over 40,000 businesses worldwide. We employ over 100 innovators and have three offices — two in Europe (Bratislava and Kyiv) and one in New York City.
