Example:
europe_from=0 europe_to=22 will put all languages (ordered in language switcher settings) from 1 to 21 to Europe region:
asia_from=22 asia_to=25 will put all languages from 23 to 24 (so only 2) into Asia region.

Have you completed all the steps? If yes, then go to your LiveAgent account (if you don’t yet have one, start a free trial) and click on Configuration > Email > Mail Accounts. At the top of the section, click the orange Create button and select Other from the list of email providers. From the list of integration options, choose IMAP/POP3.

Connecting Kerio Connect to LiveAgent will allow tickets to be fetched. Please fill out the Kerio Connect details in this section. Enter your username, password, and email address. Choose the type of fetch and the server details. Save your settings when you’re finished.
