Example:
europe_from=0 europe_to=22 will put all languages (ordered in language switcher settings) from 1 to 21 to Europe region:
asia_from=22 asia_to=25 will put all languages from 23 to 24 (so only 2) into Asia region.

How to integrate CommuniGate Pro with LiveAgent?

  • Need to set up CommuniGate Pro first? Head over to their website and download what you need. Have a look at the website and get all the help you need with installation. When you’re done with the setup, continue with the next steps.

  • When you have everything ready, head over to your LiveAgent account and go to Configuration > Email > Mail Accounts. Click on the orange Create button and then select Other. Choose IMAP/POP3 between the two options.

  • All that’s left to do is to fill out your details in this next section. Your email address, login information, password as well as port and server are mandatory fields.
