Aloha everyone! We have good news for you.

The latest update (4.50.4.13) includes a long awaited feature – “Merge ticket”. In case you have received multiple tickets about the same issue and you want to combine them or you need to associate different tickets in some ways, you can do so with Merge.

Merge feature allows merging tickets together what makes agents’ work easier. This function not only merges the text but also tags associated with a ticket. By applying the Merge feature, original ticket will be deleted. Such action is irreversible so make sure you only merge tickets when absolutely necessary.
