hey guys in today's video I'll be
showing you how you can utilize your
Instagram integration within your live
agent dashboard so there's two main
things that are great about this and the
first one is that you don't have to be
the admin of the page or you don't have
to share any login credentials with your
coworkers in order to monitor these
pages basically any mention comment that
you receive on your Instagram account
will be pushed into Universal inbox
within Live agent so if somebody who is
monitoring these pages for example on
vacation or something you don't need to
worry because everything will come
through and you can answer and nobody
will even notice and the second thing
that's very great about this Instagram
integration is yeah you basically don't
have to be monitoring devices you don't
have to be checking the phone or the
iPad or logging in on your desktop
everything is just pushed right in so
there's like the two main business
benefits so now I'll be showing you how
it works
I'll be showing you first how I comment
with my test account on a live agent
posts and how is how it shows up in live
agent and second I'll be showing you how
it looks like if I mention live agent in
somebody else's post so here I'm going
to pick this post and I'm going to
comment on it and I'm going to say
congrats guys and I'm going to post that
and I should show up in my live agent
dashboard shortly sometimes you do need
to refresh it and it's right there and
so now I can reply to to the ticket and
I can say at Sonia L a test thank you
and I'll hit Send and so basically when
you scroll up a little bit up here you
can see the post the whole thing what it
was and you can even click this media
link and it will take you right to the
post and you can see the comment I made
with my test account as well as the
reply that I just made through live
agent so again if somebody's on vacation
or anything nobody will
no because once you apply through the
dashboard it all goes through your
account so the second thing that I
wanted to show was when I comment on
somebody else's posts and mention live
agent how that looks like it's basically
the same thing it'll also pop up as a
ticket but I'll just show you so you
believe me so here's a post by the three
six nine cleanse and I can comment at
live agent check this out
and once I post that it should pop up
any minute so I can click this one away
and refresh and it's going to take a
minute there it is and again I can click
this link over here it says Sonia la
test mentioned your life your account
live agent and Instagram comment so once
you click that it takes you to the post
where I just mentioned live agent and as
you can see as well over here where I
stumbled over my words it says Sonia la
Tess mentioned your account live agent
and that's over there because if you
manage multiple pages you can
distinguish which page got the mention
and so on and so forth so again you can
reply through here and do it whatever
you like but I'm just going to resolve
the tickets so nobody is worrying about
it that it needs to be answered and I'll
do the same over here so that's how our
