How can you integrate Firmao with LiveAgent via Zapier?

Firmao and LiveAgent are both available on Zapier for making easy integrations. Zapier adds various integration options, so the number should grow substantially in the future. Follow the guide below to learn how to integrate Firmao with LiveAgent. Click on this link to start the integration process via Zapier. You will be taken to a signup/login page. If you don’t have a Zapier account yet, you can create one for free. Then simply log in and continue to the Firmao integrations page.

Click on “Accept Invite & Build a Zap” and then click on “Create Zap” in the next section. Find Firmao in the search field and click on it.

Now you have to decide what type of integration you would like to build. You can select from a few options in this section. Select the Event you would like to use as an integration trigger. Click on Continue and you will be asked to sign in to your Firmao account. When you do, continue with the next step.

In this last step, you need to select what will happen in LiveAgent after the initial trigger. Search and find LiveAgent in the field, and select what you want to happen in the integration. Then you just need to log into LiveAgent. Finish the integration and you’re done.
