Here are the main updates in LiveAgent 5.23.
One of the biggest additions is the PipeDrive integration. If you’re not familiar with PipeDrive here’s a quick introduction. PipeDrive is one of the best CRM (Customer relationship management) available on the market these days. It can help you track and organize calls and emails across devices or software platforms. From now on, you are able to connect LiveAgent with your PipeDrive. LiveAgent runs background checks of your PipeDrive account and brings you information about new deals and their statuses. Agents stats reports received an upgrade too. Besides previous stats, from now on you can also track your agent’s finished chats and unanswered calls from customers. You can use a filter to select specific agent and not just the entire department.
Now you have the option to force desktop mode on mobiles in chat invitations on your websites.
Comm100 has new access via API key, so if you started using Comm100 after April 26th, 2020 make sure you use the new one. We have also created a new migration plugin for this reason.
In other updates, we fixed troubles with broken rule variables, stuck chat on visitor’s side or failures during sending emails. Creating new agent in LiveAgent no longer adds them to every department and enabled chats.
