What is GetResponse?
GetResponse is a web-based email marketing service. It allows scheduled email messages (called sequential autoresponders) and automates the follow-up process when new leads are added. You can deliver newsletters, and easily manage customers in one easy-to-use interface. GetResponse has been one of the more popular autoresponder services since launched by Simon Grabowski in 1998.
How does it work?
Start adding your contacts to GetResponse email campaigns directly in LiveAgent. In order to avoid sending spam emails, an opt-in email is sent when subscribing a contact. (Subscription must be confirmed by the contact).
Example:
Mr. Marsellus Wallace is a very active and curious customer. You want to keep him up-to-date with everything regarding LiveAgent. By activating GetResponse plugin, you can subscribe him to any of your current email campaigns. Mr. Wallace will get an opt-in email and confirm his subscription. Now you can start sending him any email content through GetResponse.

The LiveAgent AppSumo 365 plan is subject to the terms and conditions set by Quality Unit. The plan can be redeemed using a unique alphanumeric code purchased via AppSumo. The code must be entered along with necessary registration data. All rights to the service belong to Quality Unit and unauthorized access or modification is prohibited. Users are responsible for the content they post and must maintain the confidentiality of their login information. Quality Unit may charge additional fees for shared logins. Users can create separate logins for multiple people. Quality Unit reserves the right to access user accounts for technical support purposes and will maintain the security and confidentiality of user data. The Service includes the LiveAgent help desk and chat system, as well as various features and integrations. The Plan is specifically designed for AppSumo users and cannot be transferred to non-AppSumo users. The Plan is branding free and includes access to premium integrations, subject to their respective terms and conditions. Quality Unit may modify or discontinue the Plan without notice. The Plan is provided "as is" and Quality Unit is not responsible for any interruptions or failures of the service. Quality Unit will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. The validity of purchased codes expires on July 15, 2024, and unused codes will not be refunded. Each code can only be used once and attempts to reuse codes will be denied. The Plan can be continued after expiration by switching to regular plans. Any changes to the Plan, including adding more agents, may be subject to additional fees. Breach of the terms and conditions may result in the discontinuation of access to the service. Inactive accounts may be terminated and data associated with the account will be permanently deleted.
