- In your Bigcommerce admin panel, navigate to Storefront > Footer Scripts and Paste (Ctrl +V) the HTML code anywhere into a blank space of the footer editor. If there already is an existing script in the footer, paste the HTML code underneath the existing script using one empty line as a separator.
- Go to your store webpage, refresh it and your chat button is ready.
