How to add a live chat button to your Bigcommerce site

First step is to create and customize a new chat button in your LiveAgent panel (Don’t have a LiveAgent account? Signup here). Copy it’s HTML code (Ctrl+C) to the clipboard.

In your Bigcommerce admin panel, navigate to Storefront > Footer Scripts and Paste (Ctrl +V) the HTML code anywhere into a blank space of the footer editor. If there already is an existing script in the footer, paste the HTML code underneath the existing script using one empty line as a separator.

Go to your store webpage, refresh it and your chat button is ready.
