CS-Cart is the best shopping cart solution for building an ecommerce website of any size: from a small web store to a virtual shopping mall. A ready storefront, support for many payment and shipping options, full inventory control, unlimited products, promotional tools, and other e-commerce software features out-of-the-box.
First step is to create and customize a new chat button in your LiveAgent panel (Don’t have a LiveAgent account? Signup here). Copy it’s HTML code (Ctrl+C) to clipboard.
Go to your CS-Cart admin panel and choose Quick Menu > Design > Blocks > Scroll to GRID 16 > Block ‘Customer Service’ > Click on Block Options > choose Content tab > Paste (Ctrl +V) the HTML code below the ‘</ul>’ line > Save !
Note: It is not necessary to use ‘Customer service’ block. You can create your own blocks and use them as well.
Go to your store webpage, refresh it and your chat button is ready.
