Twitter recently updated its monetization structure for access to the API v2, which led to an increase in the price of Enterprise variations to more than 40,000 EUR. As a result, the cost of the Twitter integration would be prohibitive for most of our customers after taking into account the expenses. Therefore, we have decided to implement a new solution that will allow you to continue using the Twitter integration with LiveAgent without incurring high costs.

This new solution involves being able to insert your own Twitter API into LiveAgent. This way, you will have the opportunity to maintain your connection to Twitter while keeping the cost at bay.

You can rest assured that our primary goal is to provide you with quality services while minimizing costs for our customers. We believe that this new solution will enable you to continue using Twitter integration as part of your customer support successfully.
