How To Integrate X-Cart With LiveAgent

Why X-Cart ?

X-Cart is a commercial open source shopping cart platform distributed through the SaaS solution, or via download package.

Integrating live chat to X-Cart in 3 easy steps:

Step 1

Open “Extensions->Marketplace” in Admin area of your store.

Find LiveAgent module by name or tag.

Tick checkbox “Install” next to module name and press “Install modules” button.

Step 2

Open the Modules section, check “Enabled” box and click on the Settings in the LiveAgent helpdesk setup module.

Step 3

Copy & paste the live chat button integration HTML code from your LiveAgent to the empty box in this screen. If you want to have customer name and email prefilled automatically check the corresponding box. At the end click the Submit button.

It’s done

The live chat button is shown on your website.
