are you currently in the market for a
new business phone system or mobile app
solution for your business with
literally hundreds of different
providers to choose from all claiming to
be the number one solution on the market
it can be frustratingly difficult to
figure out which voip service provider
is best for your business but thanks to
this video you don't have to as we've
narrowed it down to what we believe to
be the top three voip service providers
for most small to medium businesses but
first you're watching the number one
channel on all things business phone
systems and internet service related and
educational videos to help you make the
best buying decisions and maybe even
save yourself a little money along the
way so hit that subscribe button so you
don't miss any new videos once they
release coming in at number three is
ring central ring central for years now
has consistently been in our top most
requested voip service providers by our
viewers ringcentral which is part of the
at t conglomerate was founded in 1999
and is headquartered in belmont
california their current ceo is vlad
smoonis and their current vice president
of sales for north america is jeff winat
who i actually had the pleasure of
interviewing in person during the
channel partners 2022 expo in las vegas
ring central's most notable offering
which sets them apart from the rest is
it includes dozens upon dozens of basic
to advanced calling features at no extra
cost quite literally it's too many
features to go over in this video but
just a few are the mobile app desktop
app call flip virtual faxing call
unlimited virtual receptionist automated
call geo routing and much more
ringcentral also includes an entire
suite of free features specifically
geared to call centers this means if
your business's calling needs are too
advanced for regular voice over ip but
your business is too small to justify
the cost of full-blown contact center
ringcentral's free and included basic to
intermediate call center features may be
just what you're looking for now let's
talk about iphones while ringcentral is
the only provider on this list that
doesn't offer free business phones with
new agreements they do however offer big
discounts on hardware we've worked with
many businesses who are able to get
upwards of 50 percent or more discounted
on ip phones saving them hundreds and
sometimes thousands of dollars of
upfront cost on brand new iphones and
hardware just keep in mind that this
discount may differ based on your
business type and the number of
extensions you require or contract term
you're willing to sign one other detail
i want to point out is that ringcentral
has the widest variety of compatibility
with the various iphone manufacturers
out there such as poly yaylink unify
cisco
snomed grandstream avaya and even mitel
while ringcentral's customer service
isn't the best we've seen in the
industry it gets the job done available
24 7 and 365 days a year you can
typically expect outsourced customer
service reps for smaller accounts but
most mid-sized to larger accounts
automatically have access to us-based
customer service representatives and
sometimes actual us-based project
managers for upwards of six months
during the start of your new account and
implementation to ensure things go
smoothly we've also historically found
that ringcentral is a house favorite
among the telehealth and medical
oriented businesses because of their
strict adherence to hipaa compliance and
ability to integrate with many different
third-party software through the
ringcentral app gallery coming in at
number two is nextiva nextiva was
founded in 2006 and their main
headquarters is located in scottsdale
arizona their current ceo is thomas
gorney and his co-founder is tracy
conrad also who goes by the title of
chief amazing officer there are many
reasons why nextiva is on this list so
let's jump right in nextiva like most of
the mainstream voip service providers
offers the typical array of basic to
advanced features but there are three
features that really set them apart from
the rest the first is that every nextiva
account includes a free virtual fax with
virtual facts typically costing upwards
of 14 to 20 dollars per month this is a
big savings in comparison to nextiva's
competitors the second is a toll-free
number included now toll-free numbers
typically run around 24 per month with
the unlimited toll-free numbers being
upwards of fifty dollars per month
depending on the provider in question
nextiva includes a free toll-free number
for all business accounts just as a side
note this toll-free number is not
unlimited i want to say it includes
approximately 2500 minutes per month and
each extension adds an additional
approximate 1200 minutes of calling time
which we found is more than sufficient
for most small businesses the third and
final special feature nextiva offers is
their crm system while we wouldn't go as
far as saying it's a full-fledged or as
powerful as some of the third-party
mainstream crms on the market it's a
very powerful software and it ensures
full functionality of certain features
such as call pop and click to dial while
nextiva's add-on crm may not be for
everyone that's okay because they fully
integrate with all of the major crm
systems such as salesforce zendesk zoho
microsoft dynamics and many more now
let's talk about iphones nextiva of
course sells and supports yeah lincoln
polycom phones but they also have their
own nextiva brand ip phones with the
most popular in the series being the
next tiva x835 and the nextiva x 885.
xiva also offers free select yaylink
poly and nextiva brand ip phones with a
three year agreement so be sure to
inquire about this when looking at
hardware options it's quite possible to
sign up for new services with nextiva
and have no upfront hardware cost by
taking advantage of one of these
promotions now let's talk about
nextiva's customer service and support
one thing that sets them apart from the
rest is their award-winning customer
service nextiva in our opinion has
consistently notably better pre and post
sales support than any current voip
service providers that we currently work
with this was also showcased during our
annual voip awards ceremony when nextiva
took home the trophy for best customer
service in 2021 so if you're looking for
a voip service provider where
exceptional customer service is key then
we highly recommend nextiva one last
point i wanted to highlight about
nextiva is their culture we found that
nextiva has some of the best workforce
culture in the business from the way
that they reward and recognize their
employees to their many team building
events we've consistently heard that
it's a great place to work but don't
take our word for it take a look at this
recent video i'll tag above about how
nextiva went above and beyond to help
their employees in the ukraine during
crisis before we move on be sure to
follow me on twitter where you can ask
me any questions about business phone
systems and internet services all
questions are welcome and i love
engaging with our viewers so i hope to
see you there coming in at number one is
vonage vonage was founded in 1998 and
their main headquarters is located in
holmdale new jersey their current ceo is
rory reed and they recently just
celebrated a milestone of 20 years in
business some of you may not know this
but vonage is the original game changer
being the first service provider to
offer voip services to businesses on the
commercial market you can watch a more
in-depth video about this in a recent
interview i did with the current
president of vantage which i'll also tag
above we've given vonage the number one
spot in this video for three main
reasons number one despite the mini voip
service providers we represent vantage
is currently the most requested service
by our viewers and website visitors now
this is not to say that vonage is the
end-all be-all in the business
telecommunications world however we have
found that for most businesses small
medium and large whether their needs be
basic intermediate or advanced vantage
tends to have a solution that fits
number two ease of use vantage has one
of the easiest platforms to use on the
market we've even got a joke around the
office that vantage is so easy to use
even my dog could use it now while that
may be a bit of an exaggeration i will
go as far as saying that we've seen even
the most non-technically savvy users
install vonage's services with little to
no assistance required from vonage's
support so if you're looking for a very
user-friendly phone system that doesn't
require you to have an it or
telecommunications degree to set up and
understand it vonage may be a great fit
and then finally the third reason that
vonage is the top spot on this list
excellent pricing compared to
competitors of similar caliber now just
to be clear i am not saying vonage is
the cheapest ucas provider on the market
far from it however in comparison to
their competitors that offer similar
services we found vonage to be one of
the most cost-effective service
providers on the market for what they
are offering by way of basic to
intermediate and advanced features if
cost is a concern but you require a good
service provider with lots of features
vantage may be a great option for you
now let's talk about iphones vonage is
one of the first voip service providers
we know of to offer free iphones
typically to get free iphones included
for each of your staff members you have
to agree to a minimum contract of 36
months free phones with varnage range
from select phone models from poly and
yay link at the time of this video the
top two free ip phones offered are the
poly vvx 250 and the yaylink t33g both
of which i've actually reviewed on the
channel in previous videos and i can
honestly say they're both excellent
iphones now let's talk about vonage's
customer service and support i'll admit
it it's not the best customer service in
comparison to the others on this list
but there are some workarounds if you
want the best possible customer service
experience it's important that you sign
up for your services through a vantage
dealer like rich technology group or one
of the many other vantage resellers in
the market this high level support as we
call it is american-based support and
has some of the most experienced
technical support experts in the
industry now if you're watching this and
you're a larger company or require
contact center services you're quite
literally going to get the red carpet
treatment from vantage when it comes to
implementation support and long-term
customer service and support so you
really don't have to worry about what i
just mentioned previously because for
customers that have these levels of
highly advanced features and services
vonage has got you covered and you get
the highest level of support that
vantage can offer pre and post sales
after your implementation is done if
you're watching this video and you'd
like our assistance with figuring out
which of these voip service providers in
this list best fits your features
requirements and budget contact us via

RingCentral, which is part of the AT&T conglomerate, offers dozens of basic to advanced calling features at no extra cost. Their free and included basic to intermediate call center features are perfect for smaller accounts but are still sufficient for most businesses. While they don't offer free business phones with new agreements, discounts on hardware are available. Their customer service is available 24/7, and they have strict adherence to HIPAA compliance.
Nextiva includes a free virtual fax and toll-free number for all business accounts. They also have their own Nextiva brand IP phones and offer free select Yealink, Poly, and Nextiva brand IP phones with a three-year agreement. Their award-winning customer service sets them apart from the rest of the VoIP service providers in the industry.
As the original game changer, Vonage was the first service provider to offer VoIP services to businesses on the commercial market. They have a solution that fits basic, intermediate, and advanced needs. Their platform is very user-friendly, and they offer excellent pricing compared to competitors of similar caliber.
