MASS Personalising Cold Emails with AI

in this video I'm going to show you how
you can personalize your cold emails at
scale so personalization is very
important because otherwise your cold
emails will look like newsletters on the
other hand if you do personalize your
cold emails they look like something
that you actually wrote personally even
if you use an automated system and that
will make people reply so now we need to
find a system to mass personalize so it
doesn't take your time or your money and
that's exactly what we're going to talk
about in this quick video more
specifically we're going to talk about
how to use chat gbt within Google Sheets
to mass personalize in seconds and if

about it but with someone and it just
makes it seem genuine right this is what
you want with your cold emails what
alternatives do you have well you could
hire someone to literally write the
first line personally and that is
something that people did a year and two
years back and still people do it but
that will cost you like 800 to a
thousand dollars per month and it'll
cost time as well you'll lose a lot of
that and then you could use AI tools
there are a couple of tools such as
quicklines.ai which are good but then
again they charge you for every credit
and cost money so how do we do all of
this free and super fast well we use
Google Sheets and we use chat gbt within
Google Sheets and I'm actually going to
show you in this quick video how you can
create something like this a prompt that
will basically create a dozen of
personalized first lines just as these
ones I love how you make baby products
that are stylish I love how you make
active apparel phone products I love how
you sell whatever I love how you start
with baby shampoo now of 80 recommended
products right so all these sentences we
didn't spend a single second on it and
we didn't spend a single Cent on it as
well that's what I'm going to show you
so first thing that you want to do is
you want to have a Google Sheets
obviously then you want to have GPT for
Sheets which is a tool where you can
basically enable it within Google Sheets
and right here workspace.google.com this
is where you can install it and the next
thing that you want to do is you want to
create a
openai.com account right so if you do
open AI
gbt you'll find a link here in Google so
you can create an account right here try
GPD and then you can create an account
and then you can have somewhere here in
the building so for example here billing
section account dot billing if you
created openai dot account you'll find
like your API key and you want to enable
that you want to put that into this tool
but they'll have like instructions as
well and that way you can enable it so
now on to how we actually use it well
the first thing you need to understand
is you want to have a prompt right you
want to tell chat gbt what you want it
to do and the way we do this is you use
the equal sign then you use these kind
of signs and you want write a complement
about
about the following
keywords for example and then you want
to give it some kind of context right
you can give it like website URLs you
could give it SEO descriptions for
instance if you use a SEO description I
would use then the and sign and then
basically tell it the SEO description is
always a good place to do that you're
literally just going to click on it and
now basically the sentence that I just
created is write a compliment about the
following keywords the shape of our
bodies and basically it just takes the
SEO description after that sentence and
now in a new column I want to do equal
sign GPT just click on it and then
you're going to click on the prompt
and that way you will have it and there
we go now it's going to load and it's
going to create a complement now doesn't
mean it's going to be a perfect
complement right your literary question
sounds amazing it's so refreshing to see
a brand that understands the charging
shape or whatever right so it's a little
bit too long that's why in this prompt
for example that I created myself I
basically told jbt GPT you um right one
with less than 15 words starting with I
love how you make it sound like someone
would talk simplify what the paragraph
said so the High School kicker
understand it avoid promotion sentences
right so I told jpt all of these things
and as a result of that we basically
have a prompt that we can actually use
within a cold email and I would
recommend you to make it your own try to
come up with some unique way to make a
compliment because that will sound like
you as well it will not sound like
everyone else is using the same thing
and that is like the good thing about
chat gbd within like with using it this
way because you can literally have
millions of different of
personalizations
um and it basically enables all of these
functions all right that's about it when
it comes to this video again if you are
a B2B business and you want a cold email

need to learn all of this from like six
months eight months maybe even a year or
maybe you won't even ever achieve cold
email success of your offer you can put
that down to two to three weeks because
