Initial installation

Our dedicated team is ready to install Enterprise license of LiveAgent on your preferred server to make sure all is properly configured and working in your server/cloud environment withouth any issues. 

Infrastructure proposal

Not sure about the hardware setup you need for your load of queries and number of agents? We can design the right infrastructure for your needs starting from simple virtual server up to custom private cloud.

Server environment setup

Even if your environment doesn’t fit LiveAgent requirements, our engineers can install missing software including tools like Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, Varnish, Nginx and Elasticsearch along with their performance tuning.

Update installation

We highly recommend to keep your LiveAgent installation up to date with the latest releases. You can perform it on your own for free or you can leave it to our team to keep your installation up to date.

Server monitoring

We offer additional monitoring services, where we monitor not just the LiveAgent application, but also server environment signals to make sure we know what is happening and to prevent critical situations. 

Priority support

We provide priority support which includes up to 10h of custom development or consulting per month (not transferable between months). Priority clients also receive update builds in shorter intervals.
