We offer additional monitoring services, where we monitor not just the LiveAgent application, but also server environment signals to make sure we know what is happening and to prevent critical situations.
Additionally to free standard support we provide priority support services which include up to 10h of custom development or consulting per month (not transferable between months). All tickets and chats are queued in the front of the waiting queue. Priority support clients also receive update builds in shorter intervals (e.g. because of critical bug fixes we are able to prepare hotfix release much faster)
