In many cases, customers only need to transfer their email communication. This can usually be done by adding your existing email accounts to LiveAgent as incoming accounts.
Once connected, all new emails (and even old ones, depending on your email provider and settings) will appear in your LiveAgent inbox, and you can continue working without complex migration steps.
If you require a full migration (tickets, contacts, agents, etc.) and there is no plugin available, you or your IT team can use LiveAgent’s API to migrate some of your data. API key is an identity of your LiveAgent (like your username and password) which you can use to build your own custom integration solutions.
