The ticket view shows all tickets available in the system. There you can search and update any tickets you have access to.

 

What information can you usually find in tickets view?

In the tickets view, you can find information about the stage of the ticket, ticket data, detailed customer data and notes.

 

How can you access tickets view in LiveAgent?

If you want to access the tickets view, just enter the LiveAgent panel in the Tickets section.
