LiveAgent’s Filters are sometimes also called views. Filters are used to view only a specific group of tickets by predefined conditions. That can help Agents stay more focused on the specific type of work.
The ticket view shows all tickets available in the system. There you can search and update any tickets you have access to.
In the tickets view, you can find information about the stage of the ticket, ticket data, detailed customer data and notes.
If you want to access the tickets view, just enter the LiveAgent panel in the Tickets section.
