Use attributes in format region_from and region_to= to change the languages showing in language switcher.
Available regions are:
europe_from europe_to
asia_from asia_to
mideast_from mideast_to
america_from america_to

europe_from=0 europe_to=22 will put all languages (ordered in language switcher settings) from 1 to 21 to Europe region:
asia_from=22 asia_to=25 will put all languages from 23 to 24 (so only 2) into Asia region.

Suspend a user

What does suspend a user mean?

When a user gets deleted from LiveAgent, she can be called a suspended user. Once an agent gets deleted all their tickets are unassigned and transferred to the General department in regular queue.

LiveAgent preserves all user reports so even if you delete an agent and restore it in the future, all their statistics will be associated with the user again.


What does the term suspend a user mean?

Suspending the user causes the user to be unable to log into the account. It is not a deleted account, and documents are not deleted. Shared resources remain available to colleagues.


How can you suspend a user?

You can suspend a user by changing his status in the system. This is usually a very simple operation that can be done quickly and is reversible.
