Roles define the permissions and access a user has in your LiveAgent account. Currently, there are 3 types of roles present. Roles define whether a user has access to tickets only or can do configurations or view reports.
The main 3 roles are:
Roles are defining the permissions and accesses that the user has on the account. By assigning a specific role, you know what the agent can do in the system and what he has no access to.
LiveAgent provides three main roles, i.e. the owner who is the account creator and has access to all parts of the system, the administrator who has access to all parts of the system, except those related to billing and configuration of the entire account, and an agent who has limited access to specific departments and tickets.
Roles configuration in LiveAgent is possible in the Configuration section in LiveAgent in the Agents tab. There you can assign an appropriate role to each person who is to carry out their tasks through LiveAgent.
