What are Custom ticket fields?

Collect more information and data about your Tickets. It is possible with a feature called Custom tickets fields. When you edit a ticket, you can add it by adding a new ticket field with a text. You can create as many custom ticket fields as you need in a LiveAgent. They are visible to your customer representatives only. These information are viewable in ticket information box.
