LiveAgent 4.4.0.2 is out and ready to provide ultimate customer support with new features, integrations and various bug fixes. The main new feature is a new Ticket box with Customizable information fields, which brings along great extendability. Custom fields will allow you to add and keep any kind of information about tickets. They can also be later used for filtering out tickets.
Example:
Mr Marsellus Wallace submits a ticket regarding a bug report. He briefly describes how and when the bug occured. You can save these data in custom fields(such as: Operating system, Priority, Status…) in your new ticket box.
Integration with Knowledge Base
Activate Knowledge Base Suggestions and your KB free-bees will be just a click away. Browse KB topics directly from ticket box and respond to your customers without switching between multiple panels. Save time and increase customer satisfaction !
3 new integrations:
Manage your subsribers directly from LiveAgent. With the new release we’re introducing 3 new email marketing integrations, including Mailchimp, AWeber and GetResponse.
Installation is easy, just activate any of the plugin you desire and get the API key. Confirm, and start subscribing your help-desk contacts to your mailing campaigns directly from LiveAgent.
