Whoa, what a ride has the last quarter of 2019 been! Perhaps the most visible change for most of our customers has been an update to our homepage, which now features much modern, sleek design, bold headers and colourful elements across the whole website. However, releasing this version of the web isn’t (of course) the final destination for us. It’s a live service, which will constantly receive updates to make your browsing experience even better. Besides these front-end changes, our developers have been putting a lot of effort into completely rewriting the LiveAgent app to make it yet again the leader in progressive technologies and systems. We’ve been able to sustain our position as a Leader in Help Desk Category and Live Chat Software according to the latest reports from the independent review aggregator site G2. In total, LiveAgent has been given an enormous amount of 43 rewards including previously mentioned awards in Help Desk and Live Chat categories, The Best Usability in Customer Self-Service, Bes, ROI in Social Customer Service and The Best Results in Live Chat Category for Enterprise companies. One of the best rewards we could ever receive is the “Users Love Us” badge, which shows just how much dedicated to our customers and their experience we are.
