We take security very seriously here at LiveAgent. That’s why we’ve added a new option to protect your account with both password and an additional code from the Google Authenticator mobile app. 2-Step Verification is an optional feature and is included in all plans. Learn how to setup 2 step verification here.
We’ve recently introduced couple of new chat buttons and a brand new chat window theme. I admit, I simply love it! Big thumbs up for our design team, keep up the good work! As always, you can update your current chat window theme to the new one without the need of updating the HTML integration code.
Have you noticed that we’ve been constantly improving our API v3? We’ve added new calls like add new ticket, Change online and preset status of an agent and more.
We fixed some minor bugs like the inability to delete a KB article or chat routing setting with the “ring-to-all” preset and also worked on improving our Zapier plugin.
We also fine-tuned our servers and cloud environment, added a couple of enhacements to make your daily work with LiveAgent even smoother and faster.
