LiveAgent was compared to established industry giants such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HappyFox, Groove, Hubspot, Zoho Desk, and Intercom “based on ratings from end-users in five key areas: ease of use, value for money, functionality, customer support, and likelihood to recommend.”
Despite the tough competition, LiveAgent placed second with a score of 98/100.
After announcing the Category Leaders, GetApp was on the hunt for the best CRM software for the education and automotive industries.
To find the best CRM software for the automotive industry, GetApp considered all of the tools featured in their “Category Leader” reports for campaign management, customer service, and lead generation.
LiveAgent made it to the top of the list and ranked as one of the best performing customer service CRM tools.
LiveAgent was praised for its real-time typing view feature, which lets you see what your customers are typing into the chat window before they even hit send.
For the education industry, GetApp considered all tools mentioned in the customer service, lead generation, and social media marketing “Category Leader” reports. Just as in the automotive industry, LiveAgent made it to the top and ranked as one of the best customer service CRM tools.
