Introducing Telegram integration!

We’ve got some exciting news for you - the new Telegram Integration was launched! This fantastic addition, available for accounts from version 5.61 onwards, allows you to seamlessly receive and respond to messages directly from your LiveAgent panel.
Don’t forget to use a comprehensive set of guides , tailored to assist you in integrating and setting up your personal Telegram bot. This way, you can begin providing top-notch customer support via Telegram in no time!

Expanded selection of OpenAI LLM models

While FlowHunt continues to be our cornerstone in AI features, we’re excited to expand our support for OpenAI LLM models within the LiveAgent interface. Although we have so far been offering OpenAI LLM models up to GPT-4, with the new 5.61 version update, we have incorporated more of the latest OpenAI models into our system. This broadened selection of models aims to enhance your experience with our AI Answer Assistant and cater to your unique requirements better.

Improvements to Facebook integration

Our dedicated development team recently worked on ironing out several Facebook integration-related hitches in version 5.61. These issues encompassed a range of concerns such as unfetched messages or difficulties linking a Facebook page to an account hosted on a custom domain. These fixes are set to enhance your overall experience with our platform.

No more chats ringing to paused agents

We’ve also rectified a system quirk in version 5.61 that resulted in chats ringing to paused agents due to the connected mobile app. With this update, pausing an agent in the browser panel will automatically disable the mobile app as well, ensuring a more streamlined operation.

Upcoming: Instagram direct messages & AI ticket summary

Last but not least, we’d like to briefly announce that we’re eagerly working on further enhancements to our Instagram integration, aimed at supporting direct message fetching. Also in the works is a new AI ticket summary feature that we’re confident you’ll find useful.

What’s next

Our dynamic development team is working on a host of new features such as a new mobile app for the call center, a live call listening feature, support for Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates, and a new API v4.
