The time for another update is here and we have just finished working on LiveAgent 5.21. It brings a lot of new stuff so we’ll mention some of the most important updates and new features made to make your customer support easier. Read on and find out what’s new.
We have added a few new integrations to make things more convenient for LiveAgent customers. Let’s have a look at them.
ClickUp is a collaboration tool where you can create tasks and projects, brainstorm with your colleagues, and keep track of the workflow in your department or company. This native integration allows you to manage your work from LiveAgent’s dashboard. That means you will be notified every time when new tasks, folders, customers or tasks changes are added.
Create your eCommerce website via Prestashop. Its setup is easy enough for anyone to handle. You can further implement LiveAgent features into your website and manage your content or customer support from your dashboard. Take advantage of LiveAgent’s functions, such as the live chat widget that can be placed directly to your website.
Manage your customer relationships with Salesflare. Salesflare CRM is packed with features and it’s one of the best CRM platforms available today. It’s known for providing its users with features that some of the competition doesn’t have but we’ll let you be the judge of that.
We have also rolled out important fixes and updates. Here are some of the important ones to mention.
Forward calls to external numbers
From now on, you can forward calls to numbers outside of your help desk. This can be very convenient for agents who are on the move and need to be connected even outside of the office.
Paste images from clipboard to a chat or a reply
It’s always more convenient to simply copy and paste an image, rather than go through the whole process of saving it, adding an attachment and etcetera. So, from now on you can copy and paste screenshots, pictures, reference images, or whatever you might think of.
Multi-site support for Shopify plugin
That’s right, now you can keep track of orders and provide live chat for multiple Shopify sites at the same time. Manage your stores more conveniently.
WooCommerce plugin multiple set up options
Connect more than one WooCommerce setup at the same time.
Amongst other updates, there are a few new security precautions, bug fixes for various features and minor improvements.
