When LiveAgent started its journey in 2007, we knew we had something special from the very beginning. Behind every beautiful thing, there is pain, sweat and years of hard work; yet I can say it was definitely worth the effort.

CSM GetApp2 Q3 2016

It took us nearly 10 years. Now it’s time to celebrate and be proud. But let’s not throw a party based on where we are now, but rather where we could be. Compared to Q2, we’ve moved up from spot #6 to #3. Will we make it to #1 for Q4 2016?

Let me make one promise to you all. We will never stop trying to go above and beyond. Plus we still have a few aces up our sleeves you can look forward to such as: a new – beautiful design, easy “click & go” integrations, new complex migration options, state of the art security, performance improvements and dozens of new useful features… 

Being 3rd in the world is beautiful, but why stop there?
