LiveAgent has tripled its customer base in the last 12 months, and with a significant increase of customers, comes a substantial increase in the demand for better service. Our dev ops team (consisting of 15 full-time professionals) is constantly working on improvements, optimizing our server infrastructure, application back-end, and adding new features.
One of the biggest accomplishments this year is the introduction of PHP7 for our cloud customers, which decreased the average response time by half – the dashboard is now 50% faster.
