Creating invitations is very easy. You can choose predefined invitations widgets or create your own invitations using custom HTML code. A simple wizard will help you to make nice and creative invtiations. Live Agent allows you to create as many invations as you want. On every part of your website you can use a different invitation type. For each invitation you can set rules and define e.g. on which page your invitation should be displayed and so on.
The system automatically controls the load in your support. If all your agents are all chatting, the system won’t release more invitations. Live Agent monitors the conversion rate of your invitations. Depending on the number of vistors on your website the system will send invitations only to the number of vistiors, for which you have free slots.
For example: If your conversion rate is 1% (100 invitations = 1 conversation) and you have 3 free chat slots, Live Agent will send invitations a to maximum of 300 visitors, who are currently browsing your website.
