Use attributes in format region_from and region_to= to change the languages showing in language switcher.
Available regions are:
europe_from europe_to
asia_from asia_to
mideast_from mideast_to
america_from america_to

europe_from=0 europe_to=22 will put all languages (ordered in language switcher settings) from 1 to 21 to Europe region:
asia_from=22 asia_to=25 will put all languages from 23 to 24 (so only 2) into Asia region.

Welcome back to the “Tip of the week” series. Today we will take a deeper look at chat invitations. Using this feature you can start engaging with customers or better said, encourage them to finish important steps on your website (such as completing a purchase or filling out a form).

Invite your customers to user-friendly chat sessions and immediately solve their problems, answer their questions and provide perfect cutomer support. Your customers will appreciate your interest.

Proactive chat invitation

Creating invitations is very easy. You can choose predefined invitations widgets or create your own invitations using custom HTML code. A simple wizard will help you to make nice and creative invtiations. LiveAgent allows you to create as many invations as you want. On every part of your website you can use a different invitation type. For each invitation you can set rules and define e.g. on which page your invitation should be displayed and so on.

The system automatically controls the load in your support. If all your agents are all chatting, the system won’t release more invitations. Live Agent monitors the conversion rate of your invitations. Depending on the number of vistors on your website the system will send invitations only to the number of vistiors, for which you have free slots.

For example: If your conversion rate is 1% (100 invitations = 1 conversation) and you have 3 free chat slots, Live Agent will send invitations a to maximum of 300 visitors, who are currently browsing your website.
