Email Automation with LiveAgent

At LiveAgent we send onboarding emails which consist of quick question, the first and the second followup. They look like this:

1. Quick question: The first email is sent immediately after a visitor creates LiveAgent trial account.

2. The first followup: Sent 3 days after account creation.

3. The second followup: Sent one day before account expiration.

We used to do all the work manually. After a while, the number of emails started to grow and we had to find a solution to automate this process. We looked for solutions such as:

They offer a lot of features like: A/B testing, campaign reporting, spam testing etc. But we didn’t need all this... all we needed was just a simple automation that includes templates, scheduling/timing and possibility of sending automatic follow-ups only to subscribers who haven't replied. So we integrated this into LiveAgent.

LiveAgent email automation works by using Tags and Time rules.
